Paul is Co-Founder and Chairman of Yield Lab Europe. He was previously CEO of ABP Food Group, one of Europe’s largest privately owned agribusinesses and prior to that was a partner with KPMG Corporate Finance. He currently also serves as Chairman of Monaghan Mushrooms, Europe’s largest mushroom producer.
